Our service is tailored to your individual needs and scaled to your
requirements to give you an efficient, cost-effective service.
BearBox provides a full mapping service – showing you the driving distance (not as the crow flies) and drive-time from your engineer to our closest location, and offers a typical drive time of under 10 minutes.
Pre 7.30 am deliveries across the UK: BearBox reaches the majority of the UK by 7.30 am, with outlying areas covered by 10.00 am.

Six day collections with deliveries Monday to Saturday mornings pre 7.30 am
GPS tracking for all vehicles, drivers and parcels available online in realtime

BearBox Logistics Lockers: Intelligent, secure lockers which allow deliveries and collections to be made 24 x 7. The lockers are
accessed by PINs or by scanning barcodes – not keys.
Status of deliveries and collections tracked in real-time

Recipients notified of deliveries by text message
Doors can be permanently assigned to user or available for ad-hoc deliveries
Automated Stock Locations (ASL): Pre-stocked banks of lockers
strategically sited to support urgent repairs requiring parts not carried in van stocks.
Engineer receives a text message with the ASL location and a one-off PIN which can be used to collect the part
Once the part has been collected, stock-levels are updated, and the part can be replenished using a cost-effective three day service
BearBox Logistics Lock: The same functionality as a Logistics
Locker but can be installed on any door, turning it into an unmanned
delivery and collection point. The Locks can be used for oversize
or temperature sensitive items.
Can be used with any electro-magnetic lock
Works with keypad or connects to all common access control readers
Battery backup and solar power available
European Air-bridges: BearBox offers an unrivalled range of
dedicated or shared-user inbound flights for stock located centrally
in Europe.

Inboot, FSL and Tech Courier: BearBox recognises that customers
require a full service, and have partnered with leading industry suppliers
to provide a fully integrated in-boot, FSL and tech courier service.
